How is Delta-8 Legal?

According to the 2018 Farm Bill, industrial hemp and all its derivatives are legal. However, they must contain 0.3% delta-9 THC or less. Fortunately, delta-8 is a completely different cannabinoid. Even though it's a THC, it's not delta-9 THC, making it 100% legal. Our delta-8 products, including our gummies, meet the guidelines within the 2018 Farm Bill.

What's the Difference Between Delta-8 and Delta-9?

Delta-8 THC is found in minuscule percentages in hemp. Delta-9 THC is the THC that's most abundant in marijuana. It can cause negative symptoms in some users, like paranoia and anxiety. While everyone is different, delta-8 users don't report those same negative symptoms. It's a perk of delta-8, which is why users across the country switch to delta-8 products instead of weed.

    My husband has terrible back issues and will often go back and forth between the bed and couch at night, unable to get comfortable. He’s a cocktail guy, so it took a little convincing for him to try the Delta 8, but the gummy form proved to be irresistable. Anyone that knows about alcohol knows that it is TERRIBLE for your sleep. (It’s terrible for everything, actually)
    The Delta 8 gummies, however, encourage relaxation and a restful night’s sleep! I now keep these on hand for him and it really helps him stay in the bed at night.
