Return Policy

Complete terms of purchase are provided at checkout. By agreeing to the terms and conditions you agree that you understand that the products purchased, whether consumable or topical, contain cannabinoids from hemp oil.

Ours and our partner’s products are manufactured according to FDA guidelines for cGMP standards for dietary supplements. We make no claims as to any benefits from our products, as these products have not been evaluated by the FDA. Should you decide to purchase our products, you do so based upon your own opinions as to any benefits these products may provide.

Return Policy: All products, excluding edibles and flower, carry a 3-day customer “buyers’ remorse” guarantee. If you are not satisfied with any of these products and the products have not been opened, simply return the product within 3 days and we will issue a full refund. The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs and will not be refunded the initial shipping cost.

Edibles cannot be returned due to shelf-life issues and shipping conditions.

What do I do if my package shows up and the box is tampered with?

Damage Due to Freight or Shipping
Immediatley take a picture of the box and send to us at Note:Us nor Fedex can issue refunds without signifigant evidence that the box has been tampered with. Fedex also takes a photo of the box delivered on your doorstep/mailbox. All of our products are tested for quality, and all shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. Upon delivery of your order, please check your product carefully to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged products must be made with 24 hours of delivery.

Please contact us and provide detailed information for any product damaged during shipping within that time. Please include a full description of the damages to the product.
