The 2018 Farm Bill legalized industrial hemp and any of its derivatives. The biggest condition is they contain 0.3% delta 9 THC or less on a dry-weight basis. It's HOT here in the SOUTH! We only ship chocolate Mon-Wed to ensure you get a quality product. When you purchase our chocolates, you are also agreeing that there is a possibility it could melt in transit as we have no control over FedEx. We freeze the chocolate the night before, add ice packs, and wrap it in an insulated mailer and box. If you should receive your product in an unsavory condition, immediately put it in the refrigerator and contact us. We will not be held responsible for melted products going thru the mail system. Thank you for understanding.

The updated legal definition of hemp, set by Congress in the 2018 Farm Bill, is:

"the plant Cannabis sativa L. and any part of that plant, including the seeds thereof and all derivatives, extracts, cannabinoids, isomers, acids, salts, and salts of isomers, whether growing or not, with a delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol concentration of not more than 0.3 percent on a dry weight basis."

    I love these. I went to get a huge tattoo and brought 2 of the 25mg with me. I took the first one, bottomed out because I was hungry, high, and bleeding. I got a sandwich and a soda and then took the second one (why??) Anyway, after eight hours total I had a sick tat of a raccoon eating peaches and still had a high. Did not help the pain but wasn’t a bad experience, should’ve eaten way more food beforehand.
