Shipping Policy

We want you to feel confident when ordering from Ounce of Hope, so here’s what to expect:

• We offer FedEx 2-Day shipping, with delivery typically taking 2-4 business days from the order date.
• Orders placed MONDAY before 2:00 PM CST will ship the same business day.
• Orders placed TUESDAY before 2:00 PM CST will ship the same business day.
• Orders placed WEDNESDAY before 2:00 PM CST will ship the same business day.
• Orders placed THURSDAY before 2:00 PM CST and that FedEx allows a SATURDAY delivery, will ship the same business day.
• Orders placed THURSDAY after 2:00pm CST, will ship MONDAY.
• Orders placed FRIDAY, will ship MONDAY.
• Orders placed SATURDAY, will ship MONDAY.
• Orders placed SUNDAY, will ship MONDAY.

• Why do you not ship on Friday, Saturday or Sunday? We do not ship orders on these days for various reasons. When packages do not move through the FedEx system, they sit in hot warehouses which can compromise your products. Also, we have found that packages sitting in the FedEx system tend to go "missing."

• If you wish to pay for an overnight shipment, we will try our best to accommodate it. Please reach out to us.
• Orders to Alaska and Hawaii may experience longer delivery times.
• Please note that these shipping times exclude weekends and U.S. holidays.

Once an order has shipped and is in the possession of the carrier, we are no longer responsible for delays, missed delivery dates, or other issues that occur during transit. Although we use FedEx 2-Day service when selected, delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and we cannot guarantee them.
