As your friendly neighborhood cannabis brand, we love keeping you informed. When it comes to your favorite delta 8 and CBD products, you deserve to know everything. On our quest to provide you with knowledge, we come to delta 8 flower and CBD flower.

What is hemp flower? What are the differences between delta 8 flower and CBD flower? Why the heck are we selling flower? Fortunately, we’ve got answers to those questions and more.

What is Delta 8?

For starters, Delta 8 THC is a legal, less-common form of THC. Delta 9 THC is the THC found most abundantly in marijuana. On the other hand, delta 8 is found in small amounts and causes a less potent reaction.

For example, some users can’t smoke pot anymore because it causes negative effects instead, like paranoia and anxiety. Delta 8 smokers don’t seem to be reporting those same issues. In fact, they don’t report any issues; only positives.

In other words, delta 8 can cause a high and trigger other THC benefits without the negatives found with pot.

We also want to note that we’re not trying to say cannabis always causes negative symptoms. Everyone is different — that’s the biggest point we’re getting at.

Overall, delta 8 is a type of THC that seems to be affecting users more positively. It’s a legal way to get high.

What is Delta 8 Flower?

So, then, what is delta 8 flower? It’s legal bud, baby.

Our flower is infused with delta 8, CBD, or both, giving you some truly exquisite choices. Delta 8 flower is cannabis that’s legally defined as industrial hemp.

That definition is what makes our delta 8 flower legal. Thanks to the handy 2018 Farm Bill, hemp and all its derivatives are federally legal. That gives states the right to decide if they want their own hemp plan or not. So far, most states have signed on board.

So, with hemp legal and delta 8 flower coming from hemp, it’s all yours to smoke. Combustible, it can be rolled with papers or a wrap to make a joint or a blunt. You can pack it into a bowl if you have a piece handy. There are plenty of ways to get creative when it comes to delta 8 flower.

In short, delta 8 flower is hand-picked, hand-trimmed cannabis plants infused with our delta 8 THC distillate.

A delicious way to boost your mood, we have a variety of strains to choose from. Not every strain tastes the same, after all. In fact, we try to provide diversity with our strains. Each strain will either taste different, provide a different effect, or a little bit of both.

How to Smoke Delta 8 Flower

Just like with pot, there’s more than one way to smoke delta 8 flower. We want to show you how to smoke delta 8 flower, to begin with, though. Let’s go over the basics, as well as some of the most popular ways to consume.

Joints

There’s nothing like a classic joint to end the day on a bright note — or even start the day. Whenever you smoke, a joint can certainly do the trick.

In fact, you don’t even have to technically learn how to roll the thing. There are hand-sized rolling machines that can do it for you. We also offer pre-rolls in our flower line for you to have even more convenience!

Blunts

Who doesn’t love a good blunt? Well, maybe some people. Like we said, everyone’s different. Others, though, definitely love a good blunt. They’re, universally, a popular way to blow down.

However, there are some downsides to standard blunt wraps. The tobacco leaf that a typical cigar wrap is made out of isn’t the healthiest thing to smoke. Try to lean towards hemp blunt wraps rather than cigar wraps from tobacco.

Ever rolled a blunt before? There’s a first time for everything. Be sure to check out our full guide on How to Roll a Blunt — with legal flower, of course.

Pack a Bowl

Another popular option is to smoke out of a standard pipe, bong, or other glass piece. Likewise, other materials might be used. Silicone, types of metal, ceramic, and more are all used as alternatives to glass pieces.

Smoking from a bowl is a great option because it means you’re not smoking any other materials. Even with a joint, you smoke the papers around the bud with it. Often made out of glass, they’re a go-to for plenty of smokers.

Pour your ground flower into the bowl-end of your piece. Once you pack it to your liking, put your mouth to the mouthpiece, place your thumb over the cart if there is one, and light up a corner of the bowl.

What is CBD Flower?

Meanwhile, CBD flower is a different side of hemp. We take our hand-picked hemp strains and infuse them with cannabidiol to give them a boost. Smoking CBD is going to be a different experience than smoking delta 8, though.

Firstly, it’s important to note that CBD is non-psychoactive. While delta 8 is a less-potent psychoactive cannabinoid, CBD is non-intoxicating. Meaning? CBD doesn’t get you high.

Cannabidiol does, however, seem to have quite an array of benefits for the human body. Based on different studies, CBD could help lower inflammation, reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression, relieve certain types of pain, and so much more.

We can’t help but say again that everyone is different, and there are no guarantees when it comes to CBD. However, 64% of Americans are at least familiar with the hemp derivative, and a whopping 33% have tried it at least once. It’s safe to say it works for enough people for it to keep growing.

How to Smoke CBD Flower

You might be thinking — what’s the difference between smoking delta 8 flower and CBD flower? They’re both hemp, so it should be the same process. And while it is, we want to make sure you understand how CBD flower will make you feel compared to delta 8 flower.

Just like marijuana, you feel the high from smoking delta 8 flower almost immediately. Once you reach a comfort zone, you stop smoking. Don’t smoke until you feel “too high.” It’s a pretty straightforward process.

Since you don’t feel a high from CBD flower, though, it may be more difficult to tell when you should stop. The truth is, there are quite an array of factors that play into how CBD will make you feel.

If you’re new to smoking cannabis, in general, as well as CBD, you may even feel some sort of buzz. It’s not technically intoxicating, but you may feel something in your body. A relaxation is likely to wash over you; not controlling, but calming.

When you learn how to smoke CBD flower, you can get the benefits from cannabidiol faster than most other methods.

Consistency is the biggest key when it comes to CBD, so do keep that in mind. Especially if you’re already familiar with cannabinoids or hemp, it may take some time to feel true results. Most users feel more significant effects after 4 weeks of use compared to their first day.

Results always vary, because again, everyone is different. It’s basically one of our mottos at this point. Try out one of our hemp flower strains today to see which one meshes with you the best.
